DELIVERY

We like to keep our carbon footprint as low as possible, therefore in order to do this, we have to combine areas together and set them over the course of the week. Your delivery day may change in the future as The Flower Blooms expands, but don’t worry, you will always receive an email letting you know.

Do not worry, our Flower Blooms team will make sure that they are left in a safe place.

We will drop you an email or a text message if your delivery driver has left your bundle with a neighbour or if it’s not been left in an obvious place.

We also encourage our members to leave out a bucket filled with water in for your bundle if you are going to be out.

Please do tell us of any special spots the flowers can be left in, or a friendly neighbour who would be happy to take them on your behalf when you place your initial order with us.

Yes of course! You can either set up a membership for another person or if you’re going to be away you can gift your blooms to someone else to enjoy. Simply email The Flower Blooms at hello@theflowerblooms.co.uk and we’ll take care of the rest. 

At the moment Surrey and South West London. Our delivery postcode radius is- SM, CR, RH, KT, TW, GU & SW.

Once our business expands then so will our areas, but it’s always worth dropping us an email to double-check as occasionally we can make it work for specific deliveries outside of these areas.

FLOWERS

You can expect a beautiful selection every time. Flowers will correspond to the seasons and we will always aim to supply a vast range of blooms to suit all tastes.

Our colour palette will always be a range of green, white, cream with the occasional pop of soft colour. We avoid any bright and vibrant shades to ensure that our bundles compliment a range of home styles and workspace decor. 

Some blooms naturally have a longer shelf life than others. You will generally find spring blooms such as tulips, anemone, stocks, and delphiniums will last up to a week, although if they have a cooler spot in your room they can last longer.

That’s easy! Keep them cool, out of sunlight and every 2-3 days wash the vase, change the water, and re-cut the stems. This allows the fresh water to make its way up to the bud through a clear cut stem.

Absolutely no problem. Simply choose the Lily-Free option when you sign up.

Please also be aware that lilies are dangerous for cats, so it’s a good idea to ask for a Lily-Free bundle to be on the safe side.

There is no right or wrong way to arrange your beautiful blooms, be creative!

However, if you feel you need some tips and advice, your first delivery will come with a Flower Care Guide and the morning of your delivery you’ll receive an email with a sneak peek of your bundle which includes some arranging tips from Claire. Our blooms arrive in various stem lengths so you might want to make the most of their height or create numerous smaller arrangements for your home.

Your flowers are sourced from British Farms and Dutch Growers. Combining both suppliers allows us to provide you with the ultimate blooms by the bundle all year round.

GENERAL

Absolutely. You are not tied into a contract. You can cancel, pause or gift your subscription at any time*. 

We kindly ask that any cancellations or amendments be made to us via email the Friday before your next bundle is due. 

 

No.  Our packaging is very environmentally friendly. Our brown paper is recyclable. Our brown tape is made from recyclable materials. All leaflets are made from recycled materials. Should we ever use flower food or Aqua packs these are always fully compostable.

After your have signed up to our flower club- your first payment will be captured for your initial payment and then you will be allocated a delivery group and day- all of which will be confirmed in an email confirmation.

Moving forward payment will be taken the Monday before your next bundle is due. 

At present we do not have a bespoke account system as we manually manage our memberships according to our delivery schedule. Should you need to make changes to your membership or amend your payment details, simply email the team hello@theflowerblooms.co.uk.

Absolutely! We use a company called Stripe who is certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which means that your details are completely safe.
