For any amendments to your membership, should you wish to pause, cancel or gift your bundle*, or if you need to make changes to your payment details, simply drop us an email, hello@theflowerblooms.co.uk and one of the team will be happy to help.
*As a small business, we kindly ask that any pause or cancel requests are sent in by the Friday before your next delivery is due.
We pre-order your blooms, so this allows us enough time to make adjustments with our supplier.
