Here at The Flower Blooms Ltd, we pride ourselves on being a zero-waste company. We only order in the amount of stock that we need. We, therefore, request that any changes made to either your subscription or order by made by midnight the Friday prior to your expected delivery.
Our Full Bloom Bundle is £26.50 and although we aim to keep our prices competitively low for as long as possible, The Flower Blooms Ltd reserve the right to amend our prices with inflation.
The Flower Blooms Team shrive to consistently provide excellent customer service, so please always get in touch with us via email should you ever encounter any issues with our blooms or service.
The Flower Blooms Ltd is primarily a flower subscription service. By signing up to the subscription aspect to our business you understand that our flowers will be delivered regularly, i.e. weekly, fortnightly or every four weeks as per your subscription preference, unless otherwise advised (reference 1 & 2).
The beauty of The Flower Blooms is that we buy all of our flowers in bulk. We don’t reveal to our customers what blooms they will be receiving because we don’t know what flowers we will be using until we place our order with our supplier a few days prior to delivery. This way we can give our customers more stems for their money- more than any of our competitors for your money. Hence our promise, Blooms by the Bundle. We offer a Lily-Free option which you can request on signing up.
To keep our emission low and withhold our zero waste promise, all of our deliveries currently take place on a Wednesday or Thursday depending on your postcode area.
All payments for subscriptions are taken the Monday prior to your set delivery day.
All payments for Try Me Bundles or Member Gift Bundles must be paid in full prior to the delivery day.
All of our bundles are hand-delivered with care and love by a member of The Flower Blooms Ltd Team. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we promise that your flowers will be with you on your set delivery date otherwise an email advising any delays will be sent out.
Please respect our website- many, many hours and a lot of funds have been put into it. Please feel free to share our link and should you need to use our images or content for whatever reason, please ask permission beforehand.
